  • Experienced mediator who has successfully mediated numerous civil law cases, Mediation Certification from Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution, 2010
  • Represented numerous clients in Whitman County Superior Court, including but not limited to litigation in the following areas: restraining orders, protection orders, employment law, divorces, family law issues,  dependencies, guardianships, real estate, criminal defense, probates, and estates
  • Extensive trial experience in Whitman County Superior Court
  • Have drafted estate planning documents including but not limited to wills and trusts for hundreds of clients
  • Have hired and mentored approximately five associate attorneys and five interns over the years
  • Have volunteered in the community for families with children with disabilities, for veterans, for schools, for nonprofit organizations, Pullman Regional Hospital, and have volunteered coaching soccer and volleyball teams for children in Pullman.
