Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Jenna Brozik, and I am running for Whitman County Superior Court judge. I believe that fairness, respect, and ruling according to the law are essential for any justice system to work properly. I have spent years passionately fighting for people in my community so that they may have the justice they deserve. Strong, fair, and ethical—please join me in upholding justice here in Whitman County by voting for me in the Primary Election on August 6, 2024.

The Superior Court judge hears cases that may impact you or your family member at sometime in your life.  My areas of practice and my extensive legal experience mirrors the cases heard by the judge in Superior Court. The judge has a lot of discretion to make rulings, especially in civil cases.  As judge, my rulings will be free of bias, politics, and personal agendas.  Everyone in my courtroom will be treated with respect and fairness.  Rulings will be based on the law.  This seems like a given, but it is not always the case.  It requires the judge to have vigilance and integrity to actually make these things happen and justice to prevail. This is how I have approached my practice from day one.  I give my optimum effort on every case  and I am determined that every one of our community members receive the justice they seek, according to the law. Our community should expect nothing less.
